This recipe was written on a lined index card and found in a large collection, date unknown. I’ve typed it out below along with a scanned copy.
Trilbee – Cheese & Egg Pate
8 egg – hard boiled — chopped
3 pkgs chopped cheddar
1 small jar miracle whip
4 green onions – chopped
Line bowl of suran wrap — chill overnight
Unmold to serve
RecipeCurio notes: Not sure the size of bags for shredded cheddar, if you know please share the info in the comments section below. It seems to me the bowl is first lined with plastic wrap and then the cheese & egg mixture is packed into it (making it easier to remove the pate mold).
